1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any workshop or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and participants of YTGyans workshops and digital content.

2. About the Workshop

YTGyans offers live online educational workshops on YouTube content creation and channel growth strategies. The workshop is delivered via Zoom and covers practical skills including:

• Faceless YouTube channel setup from scratch
• AI tools for video creation without on-screen presence
• Niche research and content strategy
• YouTube Partner Program eligibility and monetization process
• Reaching international audiences through content optimization

3. Registration & Payment

• Workshop fee is Rs.21 per registration (or as displayed at the time of purchase)
• Payment must be completed to confirm your seat
• Registrations are personal and non-transferable to another individual
• Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• Registration confirmation will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number

4. Workshop Access

• A Zoom link will be shared with registered participants via email and/or WhatsApp before the session
• This is a LIVE ONLY session — no recording will be shared after the session under any circumstances
• YTGyans reserves the right to reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances
• Registered participants will be notified in advance of any rescheduling

5. Intellectual Property

All content shared during the workshop — including slides, frameworks, strategies, systems, and materials — is the intellectual property of YTGyans / Abhishek Shah.

• You may not record any part of the workshop session
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any workshop content
• You may not share workshop materials on any platform without prior written permission

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct during the live session. YTGyans reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in:

• Disruptive or abusive behavior toward the trainer or other participants
• Unauthorized recording of the session
• Sharing of workshop content without permission
• Any inappropriate or unlawful activity

Removal due to misconduct does not entitle the participant to a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

YTGyans and Abhishek Shah shall not be liable for:

• Technical issues on the participant's end (internet connectivity, device compatibility)
• Loss of income, revenue, or business opportunity
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from workshop participation
• Platform downtime or issues caused by Zoom or other third-party services

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

10. Amendments

YTGyans reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms.
