YTGyans is committed to a fair and transparent refund process. Please read this policy carefully before registering for any workshop. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.

3. Workshop Rescheduling by YTGyans

If YTGyans reschedules or cancels a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances:

• You will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled session at no additional cost
• If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days
• All registered participants will be notified of rescheduling via email and WhatsApp

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  Include your full name as registered, email ID used at registration, payment transaction ID, and reason for the refund request

  Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days

  If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from approval date
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during registration
• Bank processing time may vary — please allow additional time for the amount to reflect in your account
• We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider
